Who are we?

We are a community built on the belief that women deserve to feel safe, respected, and empowered every day. Not Norm was created to challenge what society too often accepts as “normal” and to give women a space to share their voices, connect through their stories, and stand together for change.

What do we do?

At Not Norm, we’re working to shift the narrative around women’s everyday experiences. Too often, uncomfortable moments and harmful behaviors are brushed off as “normal.” We believe they shouldn’t be. Through sharing stories, raising awareness, and creating empowering conversations, we aim to challenge the norms, support women, and inspire change.

  • Join Not Norm in redefining what’s normal. Through social sharing, slogans, healing, and solidarity, we’re shifting mindsets—one statement at a time.

  • A portion of the apparel proceeds fund assault survivors’ therapy costs nationwide.

  • We make statement sweatshirts, sweats, and tees that challenge harmful norms.
